 ticket #758 changed the behaviour of bind10.py's main loop a little bit
 (actually stop if the msgq socket disappears), but there's no test for
 that, and bind10.py needs a bit of refactoring in order to reach that
 part. We should pull the actual loop out of the current function and add
 tests for it
