 src/bin/xfrout/xfrout.spec.pre.in   has log_name, log_file,  log_severity,
 log_versions, log_max_bytes in it.  And all documented in the
 corresponding manual page.

 This was from the previous experiment with the python logging framework.

 I assume these need to be removed from spec file, without breaking some
 existing configuration. (hopefully without the "unknown item" failure).
 This needs to be discussed, but opening ticket so we don't forget.
