 Several issues cropped up when compiling in Solaris 10 with gcc 4.5.1:

 1. -Wno-missing-braces is needed to make the compilation work with -Werror
 2. An #include <cstring> necessary for strerror() is missing in
 ext/asio/asio/impl/error_code.ipp
 3. Macro DS is defined in one of the system include files that gets pulled
 in by Boost which interferes with DS RR
