Comment:

 Hello

 Well, I kind of expected Message to be a class (that's why it had a
 capital first letter) and it would register itself in some place and would
 actually hold the message itself.

 What you describe will be better both in it will better integrate with C++
 and it will have smaller memory footprint. Therefore I renamed it to
 create, which indicates function, not class. As this is really minor,
 merging right away.
