 This class will hold bunch of conditions (from ticket #977) and actions.
 When it is called, it will feed the conditions one by one and performing
 the first action that matches.

 This is to be a template class, so we can use it with whatever „bag of
 information“ structure to be passed into it. Maybe even the list of
 possible actions might be template parameter.
