 As part of the DHCP workflow discussion (876) Jeremy brought up the
 question of what testfarm to use.

 For basic items DHCP will use the current testfarm setup
 and help to expand it as necessary.  For more involved testing of DHCP
 specific items (client-server, failover etc) the testbed may need to be
 expanded or we may use additional testbeds.

 This ticket is basically to track any required additions/modifications to
 the current testbed for current tasks (that is skeleton server).
