 Not decided to pick up the review task (I'd happily leave it to someone
 else:-), but noticed a couple of things:

 - cppcheck fails:
 {{{
 src/lib/acl/tests/ip_check_unittest.cc:31: check_fail: Member variable
 'GeneralAddress::isv4' is not initialised in the constructor.
 (warning,uninitVar)
 }}}
 - it seems getInverse() can (should) be a const member function.
