Comment:

 While I believe this will work and will be harmless, I'd like to point out
 this is not completely correct. For one, it will create odd loggers when
 we have a logger named "*xxx". Another thing is, if there's a logger "b10
 -stats-http" and current module is "b10-stats", it will not ignore it.

 It might be better to use std::set than std::vector.

 Anyway, this method can be tested without #1047, because it produces only
 more JSON.

 And I agree with the last paragraph, I find it logic this way.
