 Suggested fix was committed in trac1057.  Please review.

 I've also added this to Makefile.am:
 {{{
 AM_CXXFLAGS = $(B10_CXXFLAGS)
 }}}
 as noted in the commit log, without this we'd lose many -Wxxx flags.
