 Actually, what I wanted to be revised was this part: "user denied
 because of SSL error: %1".  ("SSL error" doesn't sound like covering
 errors like "local key or certificate file could not be read").  I'd
 revise it, e.g., to "failed to create an SSL connection (user denied):
 %1".  But maybe the '%1' part eliminates the possible confusion.  If
 you think so or think the current version is just okay for other
 reasons, I don't object.

 Other points are okay.  Please merge.
