 We need a user documentation on how they can be specified and used, with
 some semi-formal definition, examples and list of what can be checked. It
 probably should be part of the big shipped documentation or a man page for
 just the ACLs.

 It should be specific to the DNS ACLs (the library is templated to support
 quite anything, but that would confuse users).
