 I used to be able to suspend bind10 and it would suspend the children too.
 But now the parent is only suspended, children keep on running. I am doing
 this with Ctrl-Z from shell.
 This causes some confusion for me as I troubleshoot (especially if I am
 flooded with verbose output on same terminal).
