 Possibly the precursor to all DNSSEC related tasks, this is to make sure
 that we don't lose knowledge of what BIND 9 has done with DNSSEC.

 The person doing this task should make sure that they interact with the
 BIND 9 programme manager, as the output will be a useful addition to the
 BIND 9 documentation set.
