 At the moment it is possible to shutdown components individually.
 Unfortunately, the Boss immediately restarts them because it does not know
 that they have been requested to terminate.

 This change removes the component shutdown command and ensures that they
 can only be shutdown through Boss - which, because it knows about the
 shutdown will not restart them.
