 Hello

 I think it is ready for review. I updated the interface, tests, message
 compiler, the message definitions and the few asiodns logging calls we
 have already.
 When looking into asiodns, I also made the asiodef.h and asiodef.cc
 generated. I cherry-picked one fix of the message compiler from #744
 because of that.

 Hopefully the diff isn't too big. If it is, I believe the history is
 pretty linear and can be reviewed as it was written.

 Do we need a changelog for this? Was the logging library in any release
 already?
