 I started a branch (trac898) that adds log4cplus checks in configure.

 I also have refactored by autobuild framework so I can have it use
 arbitrary branches or revisions. I have began testing this with
 "origin/trac898" for example.

 I still need to complete installing log4cplus on all the systems and also
 get all the systems to use a new autobuild script. But I will be gone
 early on Friday, so I don't plan to switch over to the new autobuild
 framework until Monday (so I will be available for problems).
