In the current implementation auth::Query::process() doesn't fill
the authority and additional sections if the answer is CNAME.
This is not necessarily wrong (in that they are not absolutely
necessary for the resolver to complete the name resolution), but
it's different from what other implementations do, and I suspect it's
not an intentional implementation choice, but a bug.
