 (and use it for python logging).

 Maybe it's only me, but final dots in something like "example.com./IN"
 look a bit awkward to me.  I'd like to make it "example.com/IN",
 and to do so we need this extension to Name.to_text().

 Even if the logging argument is not compelling, we should eventually
 support it in the sense that it's better if the python API is
 compatible to the C++ counterpart whenever it makes sense.
