 Currently, if a configuration of boss component is changed, the boss
 complains it can't handle it and suggests to remove the component and then
 add it again. But the changes should be handled transparently, either by
 changing local variables in boss (if a core components becomes
 dispensable, etc) or by restarting the component behind the scene with new
 parameters, so the user isn't bothered.
