 Task: Handle the two cases of a wildcard match for QNAME, i.e. QTYPE
 matches/does not match. (See
 [http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5155#section-7.2.5 RFC 5155 sections 7.2.5
 and 7.2.6].) This will build on the closest encloser proof of ticket
 #1431.
