 Jelta and Jeremy pointed out that we should keep the backward compatbile
 behavior in the case of initial AXFR-in (there's no zone in the DB file or
 maybe even any BIND 10 schema there).

 I wrote a quick hack patch to provide that behavior until we solve more
 reasonable behavior.  It's in trac1209b.

 Can someone review that before the end of sprint so that we can include
 it in this week's release?

 (I removed the previous changelog entry because it had been mainly for
 the note about compatiblity.  Using the new API itself is basically non
 user visible).
