 Currently toText() in all option classes print out all info about option
 (type, length, number of addresses etc.). That is useful for debugging to
 print out content of the whole message. However, that is less useful for
 casual logging.

 toText() should return short version of the content (e.g. space separated
 addresses). A new set of methods (toTextDetailed?) should be added.
