 Currently, we have a global TSIG keyring, but the Xfrin doesn't use it, it
 needs the keys to be configured by their value in each zone (which means
 if there's a master with many zones with the same key, there's bunch of
 places to copy paste the shared secret). We should make it consistent with
 the rest and reference the keys by their names in the keyring.
