Comment:

 Now it is ready for review. But some code is duplicated with NAPTR rrdata
 support implementation, for example the function of {{{skipLeftSpaces}}}
 and {{{getNextCharacterString}}}, so I suggest to move the code out to the
 utility files.

 One entry will be added to !ChangeLog file as the following:
 {{{
     libdns++: Implement the HINFO rrtype support according to
 RFC1034/1035.
 }}}
