 This is a remaining task to really complete the data source refactoring
 work.  Until this is completed, I suspect we should leave the old data
 source code and add a short term workaround in b10-auth that explicitly
 calls the old interface for queries under the bind domain of the CH class.

 The "static" (or builtin) data source in the new interface could be
 implemented either via a simplified database accessor or (probably
 as a proof of concept of having various different types of data sources
 under the same interface) as a separate type of data source client.
