Comment:

 gen-rdatacode.py.in has been updated to sort the files into alphabetical
 order before processing.  This should eliminate any system-dependent
 errors of the sort reported here.

 Updated a number of RR definition files so that they are complete in
 themselves so that they compile in the rdataclass.cc framework, regardless
 of what other files are included.
