 Actually, what I intended to stop including rrtype.h from the
 gen-rdatacode.py, and include them from .cc when necessary, as well as
 adding it to the template.  Leaving the code in gen-rdatacode.py while
 adding it to the template .cc doesn't make much sense (as it would
 simply be duplicate).

 If you think it's too much, I don't object to going with your original
 patch.  If you agree with the suggestion, please make the other part
 of it.
