 Oh, and a few sidenotes;

 * The tests show a lot of TTL mismatch errors. The problem here is
 described in #1217
 * The tests will fail in the future once RRset::toText() actually prints
 the RRSIGS (but should be easy to fix with a bunch of copy-pastes) :)
 * As noted in a comment, currently, the client init call hardcodes the
 sqlite3 backend, which should be replaced once #1206 is done (or as part
 of #1206)
