Comment:

 Seems OK, please merge.

 This is a user-visible change and in general such changes should be noted
 in the !ChangeLog.  However, as the option currently has no effect because
 IXFR has not yet been implemented, I do not think an entry is needed in
 this case. (The introduction of IXFR will require a !ChangeLog entry
 though; this functionality can be included in the associated
 documentation.)
