 Replying to [comment:1 vorner]:
 No, this ticket isn't exactly a design task. Of course, we would have to
 discuss about this issue before designing. However the rest of #1751 had
 to be memorized somewhere. If this issue could be solved together with
 improvement of msgq, this ticket itself wouldn't be especially needed, I
 think.
