If this fails, use some common fallbacks? But do we want to open it from
somewhere, or just install?
We need to convert the original Docbook XML file into plain text. We
provide the docs in plain text as requested by ISC Operations team. Right
now we use xsltproc to convert to HTML and then elinks -dump to convert
that to text. (There may be some stylesheet to convert direct to plain
text but I didn't find it.)
