Comment (by stephen):

 If we are going to have bindctl execute comments from a file then I would
 also suggest:

 * We allow comments - lines starting with # (or some other comment
 introducer) are ignored.  (We may also want to enhance bindctl to allow
 inline comments, although this could be more complex if there are some
 commands/command data that could legitimately include a #.)
 * We add a "verbose on/off" command to enable to printing of commands
 before executing them (as an aid to debugging).
 * We add an "echo" command to allow the printing of text from a command
 script (this allows the printing of a message at the end of a script, as
 suggested above).
 * We allow the nesting of command scripts.
