Comment:

 Ready for review, Xfrin now keeps an internal set of (zone, class) tuples;
 if auth's config updates its zones list, this list is updated as well. The
 tuple parts are currently both strings, we may want to change that to Name
 and Class objects, but since all messages and config are strings anyway, I
 suspect that would be unnecessary
