Comment:

 This should be fixed in the trac1818 branch. It's been made to listen on
 port 47811 for the tests now.

 This bug should be fixed for #1818 to pass lettuce tests in some places
 where there is already a running bind.

 Up for review. Please check the trac1818 branch.
