Comment:

 * Some libraries with '_' in them have been renamed to contain '-'
 instead, as it looks more consistent (`libserver_common` and `libutil_io`)
 * Python libraries installed in `${LIBDIR}/python{x.y}/site_packages/` are
 untouched.
