Comment:

 I think I wanted to close it back then already. Anyway, gentoo no longer
 has 1.11.2. I tried with 1.11.1, 1.11.6 and 1.12.2 ‒ all works fine
 (except for few warnings, which I just ignore for a long time now
 already). So I'm closing it.
