 ...and one really last thing.

 While I experimentally try merging latest trac2096 to trac2097, I
 noticed it's useful if we (again) have empty action callbacks in
 public.  I did it in the trac2097.  I believe it's sufficiently
 trivial, but if you can take a look at it that would be helpful.

 It's at commit 23492e5.
