Comment:

 Although the basic DDNS requirements have been left in
 DhcpPoolLeaseRequirements, I've started a new document
 (DhcpDdnsRequirements) containing a set of more detailed requirements for
 DDNS: I wanted to see if there were any hidden subtleties that would have
 to be taken into account.

 There don't appear to be any, but as the DDNS work is not scheduled until
 the first half of 2013, I suggest that we defer this part of the design
 closer to the time we write the DDNS component.  We are then not creating
 tables etc. that we won't be using.

 The DDNS requirements document has been associated with ticket #2229,
 which will be included in the next sprint to allow the document to be
 reviewed.
