Comment:

 The option definitions up to option code 48 (all that are defined in
 dhcp6.h) have been added.    In order to do this the FQDN read/write
 functions in OptionCustom class had to be added. Also, it required a bunch
 of other changes in OptionCustom. The code related to this ticket have
 already grown so I decided not to add the definitions for remaining
 options for now.
