 One quick thing: I originally intended to support the "initial space"
 handling to detect the owner name in this ticket:
 {{{
 www.example.com. IN AAAA 2001:db8::1
                  IN A 192.0.2.1 ; the same owner name, omitted
 }}}
 But it doesn't seem to be handled in the branch.

 We could either complete this part within this ticket, or defer it
 to #2427 ($ORIGIN support, which is also about the owner name).
 I'd leave the decision to you: if former, please make the change
 to the branch; if latter, please clarify it in #2427.
