 Tickets #2503 and #2504 fixed a couple of issues regarding single-name
 zones and denial of existence. These added some tests for non-existent
 names. We should probably also explicitely test existing names but non-
 existent types (NOERROR/NODATA responses) with this.

 This should not trigger any new errors, but just in case it does we are
 delegating this to a separate ticket.
