Comment:

 The branch should be ready for review. However, the $INCLUDE (as it seems
 in
 bind9 code) can take 2 parameters, the second meaning origin. The origin
 handling is not yet done, so I have postponed that to #2427. I'm going to
 place
 a note in that ticket.
