Comment:

 Implemented std option definitions for most of the DHCPv4 options (those
 that appeared in dhcp4.h). There are still some to be implemented but they
 have low priority now.

 Note: in the course of this ticket I modified (and renamed) Option6Int and
 Option6IntArray classes to handle either V6 or V4 options.
