Comment:

 I still believe the test tests something more than just the ones in
 createRdata. If someone decided to change the interface and it was no
 longer the responsibility of createRdata to report that, this test would
 tell the person the MasterLoader needs to be updated too to reflect the
 change. So I left it there.
