 I believe this one needs a changelog entry.  Even if you didn't think
 it was necessary, in general we expect you to note it explicitly,
 preferably with the reason why you thought so.  Otherwise, we'd miss
 necessary entry (in the worst case where even the reviewer didn't
 notice it) or can provide an UN non-reviewed, and not so useful as a
 result, changelog entry (in the case the reviewer simply says "merge
 it with a changelog entry).

 I'm afraid I often end up pointing it out in your branch, so I suggest
 you always mention it even if it's deemed to be unnecessary super
 obviously, unless it becomes a part of your routine when asking for
 review.
