 Add an option to not remove the output from the lettuce runs by default.

 I brought this up in February 2012 on jabber:

 (48:15 AM) jreed: Can we have an option to not delete?

 (48:28 AM) jreed: It may be useful to research.

 (48:32 AM) jreed: for other things too.

 (50:05 AM) jelte: ack

 (50:31 AM) jreed: not sure if is minor. I can make a ticket for a
 reminder.

 (10:51:24 AM) jelte: right now there is no real easy support for it, but i
 think if you change src/tests/lettuce/features/terrain.py:80 to
 self.remove_files_on_exit = False  they'll be kept

 (51:42 AM) jelte: we can consider some way to communicate that as an
 option

 (52:03 AM) jelte: shouldn't be too hard if we don't mind env vars :)

 (10:52:28 AM) jelte: don't know, maybe lettuce itself has some support for
 it too
