Comment:

 Ready for review. Due to the addition of a few names in the fake
 query_unittest data, I had make a few minor updates to another test.

 Note; i branched 1582 from 1581, in an attempt to avoid collisions

 BTW, should we unify that hardcoded hash-map a bit? (i.e. use the actual
 hash values for the names we use, for instance, we now use some from 5155,
 some mangled, and some that are actually based on the example.com. names,
 I realize we probably need a few slightly mangled ones, but the rest
 should be reproducible imo, and not randomly grabbed, so IMO we should
 either base them all on example.com, or change the zone origin to
 example., so that it matches the example zone in 5155)
