 Remove generated docs and manual pages from the git repo  as discussed in
 the http://bind10.isc.org/wiki/WeeklyMinutes20120214 meeting.

 Note that this means new dependency may be needed for doxygen for
 developers.

 Also the tarball (generated with make dist) needs to have the generated
 docs.
