 Hello

 I merged to master after removing the comment you mentioned. I'll keep the
 ticket open for a while, I want to go through it to see if all tickets
 arising from it were created and if there's anything that needs further
 discussion.

 And I noticed it is missing a changelog entry:

 The socket creator is now used to provide sockets. It means you can
 reconfigure the ports and addresses
 at runtime even when the rest of the bind10 runs as non root user.
