#1612: b10-auth should catch exceptions in response building

                Type: defect | Status: new
            Priority: major | Milestone: Next-
           Component: b10-auth | Sprint-Proposed
           Sensitive: 0 | Keywords:
         Sub-Project: DNS | Defect Severity: N/A
Estimated Difficulty: 0 | Feature Depending on Ticket:

-------------------------------------+-------------------------------------
Because the underlying data source may not always work correctly,
 especially if it's a non-captive database-based data source (e.g.
it may not provide NSEC/NSEC3 when DNSSEC is required). So
AuthSrv::processMessage should catch exceptions even after parsing the
request, and if it's an isc-namespace exception it should return
 SERVFAIL.

We may also want to do the same thing for b10-resolver, btw.
